Bito believes software development will change dramatically over the next 5-10 years, driven by the incredible capabilities of Generative AI. Software developers will become 10-20 times more productive, and the amount of new software built in the world will increase dramatically. But to enable this transformation, entirely new tools and paradigms are necessary to enable software factories that can help launch new features at the speed of thought. Bito’s AI Architect builds a semantic knowledge graph of enterprise codebases — architecture, dependencies, runtime behavior — and delivers that understanding to coding agents via MCP. Engineering teams use it for system-wide impact analysis, technical planning, onboarding, debugging, and AI-assisted development across complex software environments. Our customers include some of the world’s largest engineering organizations, with hundreds of engineers and thousands of repositories.

Our founders have previously started, built, and taken a company public (NASDAQ: PUBM), worth well over US$1B. We are looking to take our learnings, learn a lot along with you, and do something more exciting this time. This journey will be incredibly rewarding and incredibly difficult!

We’re looking for an Account Executive – New Business (US) to drive growth in the developer tools and SaaS space. If you’re a self-starter who loves closing deals and has a passion for AI, let’s talk!

About You

You care about software developers and the value they demand from their everyday tooling. You care about how a great product with a trusted brand presents itself in the world. You care about how great customer engagement starts from the very first touchpoint. You are data informed, nimble, and a self-starter. No sales job on the team is too big or too small for you to tackle. You can be a jack-of-all-trades as needed and have an instinct for self-prioritization. Hopefully, you love AI software. Key Responsibilities
  • Own and close new business in US markets for Bito’s AI Architect
  • Design and execute sales strategies to penetrate software-driven enterprises
  • Drive outbound pipeline targeting large-scale engineering organizations (500+ engineers) at Fortune 500 and high-growth tech companies
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships for lead generation and events
  • Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, demos, pilots, negotiation, close
  • Partner with product and engineering to deliver feedback from the field
  • Help build our go-to-market motion: CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in developer tools, SaaS, or GenAI
  • Experience running consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles into enterprise engineering and platform teams (VP Eng / CTO level)
  • Track record of closing six-figure deals with complex technical buyers
  • Deep curiosity about AI and the future of software engineering
  • Ability to communicate technical value clearly to both developers and execs
  • Self-starter who thrives in early-stage ambiguity and wears multiple hats
  • Strong written and verbal communication with follow-through
  • Preferred: engineering background and experience selling developer tools
