Bito is a startup that uses AI (ChatGPT, OpenAI, etc.) to create game-changing productivity experiences for software developers in their IDE and CLI. Already, over 100,000 developers are using Bito to increase their productivity by 31% and perform more than 1 million AI requests per week.
Our founders have previously started, built, and taken a company public (NASDAQ: PUBM), worth well over $1B. We are looking to take our learnings, learn a lot along with you, and do something more exciting this time. This journey will be incredibly rewarding and incredibly difficult!
We are building this company with a fully remote approach, with our main teams for time zone management in the US and in India. The founders are based in Silicon Valley and India.
About you:
You are a marketer that cares. You care about your audience and you care about how great content can make a difference. You are data informed, nimble, and a self-starter. You can be a jack-of-all-trades as needed and have an instinct for self-prioritization. Hopefully, you love software that helps people build software. Responsibilities:
- Own and execute developer content campaigns that drive weekly, monthly, quarterly key results
- Build presence on behalf of Bito across our owned social and community channels, as well as referral channels like Reddit, Stackoverflow, and GitHub
- Script, record, edit, and publish video tutorial content like YouTube how-tos
- Build a developer marketing playbook
- Be one of the first points of contact for developers and customers, including fielding or routing support inquiries
- Understand developers workflow needs and business goals, then help them understand how Bito can help them achieve their goals through content and product enablement
- Provide API, documentation, and product guidance to technical audiences such as AI Agent developers, product managers, and founders
- Support our “developer-first” sales motion through content and email campaigns
- Work closely as part of Bito’s go-to-market team to drive adoption, onboarding, value realization, and retention for customers
- Speak and write for a developer audience, write blog posts, how-tos, and represent Bito in digital communities
- Engage with, learn from, and support Bito’s growing community of developers and AI enthusiasts
- Become a trusted voice and advocate in the world of AI
Requirements:
- You love helping people
- 2+ years of marketing at a developer toolkit SaaS company
- 1+ years software engineering study or experience with programming languages
- Keen interest or direct experience within the AI industry
- Skilled at measuring and increasing customer NPS, adoption, and retention through content
- Intimate familiarity with developer documentation, communities, and hackathons
- Familiarity with AI technology
- Familiarity with running or helping to run a community online
- Tools we use today include HubSpot, Apollo, Loom, WordPress, Mixpanel, Figma, and GitBook
- Willingness to travel
